ABOUT
Hello! My name is Anelise Mize, and I am a trained 3D artist. I was born in Illinois and grew up with an insatiable interest in video games and how to make them. I became interested in art and began taking classes in 8th grade, and that's when I knew I wanted to do art for the rest of my life. In high school, I considered video game artist as a possible career.
Since then, I've attended two colleges: Southwestern Illinois Community College (SWIC) in 2013 where I received an Associates Degree in Fine Art (2015), and Ringling College of Art + Design (2015) where I am currently enrolled as a Senior in their Game Art major.

I am savvy with many 3D programs including: Maya, ZBrush, 3D Coat, Substance Painter and even Unreal Engine 4, to name a few. I am interested in working not just in the video game industry, but film as well, and even for companies that might just need a 3D artist for their projects.

I also have management and customer service experience after working in fast food restaurants. I worked at Dairy Queen for four years-two of which were in high school-eventually working as an Assistant Manager for the last 6 months I was there before moving to Florida to attend Ringling. I then worked at Popeyes for a few months during the summer when not in school.

I hope to one day be a character artist or cinematic artist for video games, and am currently seeking an internship or job in character design, modeling, or environment art.
